• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes! We offer worldwide shipping by standars mail or EMS

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will be shipped within the following 7 days.
  Standard shipping takes about 2 to 3 weeks arrive. Shipping time may vary according to location, customs and the time taken by your local postal service to deliver within your country.

  *If you require a faster shipping method (EMS) please ask us at [email protected] for shipping rates.

• Como comprar desde Chile?

  Para compras dentro de Chile:

  **Enviar mensaje o mail a [email protected] para confirmar precio en pesos chilenos.

  **Metodos de pago:
  *Transferencia/Depósito bancario:
  *Efectivo: Para ventas con entrega directa, solo en Santiago
  * Tarjetas de Débito / Crédito: Mediante solicitud de pago vía Mail. Una vez confirmado el precio y el item que deseas, te enviaremos el link para realizar tu pago por medio del sistema Webpay. No te preocupes, todos los datos de tu tarjeta se solicitan sólo dentro del sistema seguro de Webpay.
  * Tarjetas Casas comerciales (Cencosud, Ripley, Fallabella) : Mediante solicitud de pago vía Mail. Una vez confirmado el precio y el item que deseas, te enviaremos el link para realizar tu pago por medio del sistema Servipag. No te preocupes, todos los datos de tu tarjeta se solicitan sólo dentro del sistema seguro de Servipag.

  *Paypal (para pagos por Paypal, se deben realizar directamente desde la tienda online y luego coordinar la entrega/envío )

  **Medios de envío:
  *Correos de Chile, Chilexpress por pagar, Tur Bus por pagar.
  *Entrega Personal (Sólo para Santiago)

• Do you offer custom size for any of your products?

  Unfortunately we're unable to offer custom size at this moment. As all materials are ordered and made especially for the ready stock we offer.

  Anyway, feel free to leave us a sugestion at out email [email protected] or social media about your size needs so we can consider it for our upcoming designs :)
